Pool Design

Our unique design team and 3D presentation system allows us to immerse you into the pool delineation during design phase one. This enables you to fully understand the design process and to decide what concepts and ideas to move forward with; ultimately finalizing the perfect plan. Once the final decisions have been made, we will present a drawing of the pool design in relation to the existing property. This plan will show the pool, any previously existing structures, as well as all other improvements and renovations being proposed.

In addition, the site plan incorporates property lines and grade changes, such as slopes or retaining walls. We also include all other requirements of the city or county, such as setbacks and equipment locations.

A Geotechnical report will be taken before construction begins to give us the necessary information needed before we begin building on your specific location. This ensures the best possible outcome of all construction on your property.

Each pool design is submitted to a third-party structural engineering firm for analysis and certification; giving you assurance that your Del Mar Pool is a completely unrivaled and quality product that will last you a lifetime.
